At Canada Wigs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window on eligible, unworn hairpieces in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items that have been trimmed, styled, or removed from their hairnets cannot be accepted.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request to receive your unique return code and shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the wig is attached to its original tag, placed in the protective hairnet, and tucked back into the original retail box with all inserts.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any Canada Post location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item is in factory condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
