Human hair wigs offer the most natural look and feel, allowing for heat styling and custom coloring. Synthetic wigs are pre-styled and hold their shape after washing, making them a more affordable and low-maintenance option.
How do I choose the right wig size?
Most of our wigs are 'Average' size, fitting 95% of customers. To ensure a perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head from the front hairline, behind the ear, to the nape of the neck, and back to the starting point.
How long does shipping take within Canada?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your province. We offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those who need their order sooner.
Can I return or exchange my wig?
For hygiene reasons, wigs must be returned in their original, factory-condition with all tags attached and the hairnet intact. Please initiate your return request within 14 days of delivery.
How should I care for my wig to make it last?
We recommend using only specialized wig shampoos and conditioners. Avoid frequent washing—every 10-14 wears is usually sufficient—and always use a wide-tooth comb or wig brush to prevent shedding.
Are your packages discreet?
Yes, we prioritize your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked cardboard boxes or mailers without any mention of 'wigs' on the exterior packaging.
